For the PHR Phoenix office, our goal was to embrace the culture by sourcing all interior decor from local vendors, artists and boutiques. To celebrate the surrounding environment you will see detailed, illustrative murals and wall coverings showcasing colors in an Arizona sunset paired with inspiring words to keep employees in the right mindset day in and day out. Not only did we want to showcase the beauty of Arizona, we also wanted to highlight the employees and give the leaders of the business a platform to celebrate those employees. Through editable leader boards, presentations to play on the TV and large interactive projections, management is empowered with the tools they need to generate healthy competition, celebrate those on top and relay their message or information for the week.
As you enter into the lounge are you will also find an ode to the company’s culture, events and initiatives - a key defining piece of PHR’s DNA. This interactive piece presents events from the last 5 years with imagery, descriptions and QR codes that bring the viewer to a recap video so they can learn and experience a little piece of that moment.
This office space has been featured in several local publications and Work Design Magazine.
