PHR environmental design

Art direction, mural design, poster/signage design, photography, interactive and dimensional installations, interior design direction and staging

When assigned to designing a few graphics for PHR offices, I quickly realized that I needed to create something bigger, more intentional and personal to the people occupying these spaces. It couldn’t just be graphic vinyls. It had to display a variety of mediums including direction over interior design, layout, photography, and interactive elements to fully encompass the brand and create an experience for the employees and potential candidates. It had to celebrate and represent who PHR is, what they stand for and what they strive for. It needed to inspire not just to the current employee, but to the future employee who walks through the door looking for a new opportunity. It needed to be authentic, inspiring and feel like home away from home.

The approach was to transform PHR offices into spaces that fuel creativity, innovation, and human connection. From working with interior designers, to hiring graffiti artists, my role was to project manage, art direct and design artwork to be displayed throughout PHR’s territories nationwide. Over the past 4 years I have been able to transform a vinyl graphic project into an environmental brand experience that involves authentic storytelling, a variety of purpose driven design, interactive experiences and opportunities to let the brand truly live and make an impact on the aesthetic and function of a space.

Stay tuned for case study updates.
